Professor Liam Barry from Dublin City University, Ireland has visited our group on 31st Oct. 2018. Professor Barry gave an IEEE distinguished lecture with title “Advanced optical sources for spectrally efficient photonic systems”. Professor Barry’s research interests include optical frequency comb generation and spectrally efficient photonic communications. He has published more than 200 international journal articles and has been the TPC members for optical communication conferences including ECOC and OFC.
