Postdoctoral Recruitment of Professor Chen Jianping’s Research Team from School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University

 

       Professor Chen Jianping’s research team, State Key Laboratory of Advanced Optical Communication Systems and Networks Department of Electronic Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, is mainly engaged in photonic integration, broadband optical signal processing, high-precision optical fiber time-frequency transmission and other technologies, as well as research on applications of industrialization. The team has undertaken a series of scientific research projects such as the National 973 Program, the National Natural Science Foundation Instrument Special Project, Key projects and Outstanding Youth Fund Projects, equipment research and development of major projects, pre-research of key projects, and Shanghai Silicon Photonics Major Project, etc. Now we recruit a number of postdoctoral researchers at home and abroad.

 

Ⅰ.Research Direction:

(i)Optical communication, optoelectronic associated circuits and systems, testing and control.

(ii)Optoelectronic integration (silicon-based and hybrid integration) chip design, processing, testing and packaging and product-level development.
 

Ⅱ.  Requirements:

(i)meet the basic conditions of post-doctoral regulations of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

(ii)Physical and mental health, cheerful personality, good teamwork spirit and strong sense of responsibility; good at development of instrument and equipment, with rich experience in optoelectronic process testing and packaging is preferred.
 

Ⅲ.  Work Treatment:

(i)Basic treatment (including post-doctoral housing subsidies, post-doctoral apartments, etc.) is carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of the post-doctoral mobile station of Shanghai Jiao Tong University; the relevant settlement matters are handled according to the Shanghai post-doctoral management policy.

(ii)Based on research tasks and completion, the cooperative tutor will provide generous additional subsidies and rewards, with an annual total income of not less than 350,000 yuan; those who meet the conditions and successfully apply for the national “Bo Xin Plan” and Shanghai “Super Postdoctoral Program”, enjoy the relevant treatment; enjoy the university reward policy for the academic achievements during working in the post-doctoral station.

(iii)If you have achieved excellent scientific research results during the post-doctoral period, you should give priority to stay as teacher.
