Biography
Dr.Xiwan LI is a full professor of School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He has published more than 200 peer-reviewed international journal and conference papers. He organized several international professional conferences or workshops, such as APCC2009,WOCC2010,FIT2011,FIT2012,OECC2015, etc. He served as OECC IAC member or chair since 2006. He also funded IEEE Photonics society shanghai chapter, and He is current chapter chair of IEEE communication society of shanghai chapter.
