个人简介    
吴龟灵,上海交通大学教授,“区域光纤通信网与新型光通信系统”国家重点实验室博士生导师;1995年获哈尔滨工业大学物理电子学学士学位,1998和2001年分获华中科技大学电子科学与技术硕士与博士学位,2011-2012年美国南加州大学访问学者;已发表论文100多篇,拥有美国、欧洲,及国家发明专利授权20余项;主要从事光子信息处理、光学时频传递方面的研究,获得国家自然科学基金(重大科研仪器研制专项、面上)、973课题(专题负责人)、国家863计划、国防等项目的支持。
